What a year this has been! With all of the things going on in the world, we have had to make a few changes to how we operate this race.

First and foremost, we will be offering a virtual 5K option for anyone who doesn’t feel comfortable attending in person, but still wants to support the cause. We will mail out your race package and you will send in your results. These will be included in a separate leaderboard than the in-person races.

Secondly, this year we are going to have commemorative face coverings instead of shirts! These masks will be required at the start/finish line, and at any other point where you can’t maintain 6ft distance between you and others. If you would still like shirts, we have quite a few from previous races that you can get for a small donation.

In addition to the masks and the virtual event, we are doing our best to come up with an option that will allow us to still have raffles, and prizes like we have in the past, only without the need for everyone to congregate at the finish line. We will have more updates on that closer to the race.

Thanks for your understanding, and we look forward to seeing you all support this cause once again!

In order to continue increasing the amount of money that gets donated to the fight against cancer, we are doing the same thing that we did last year. 10% of every entry fee will go directly towards our donation! That’s not the end of it though…Because everyone has had such a great time running as teams, we are going to donate 20% from everyone that registers as part of a team! The deadline for team registration is Friday the 25th of September.

The price for registration is $25 for the 5K and $15 for the Mile.

Everyone who registers before the 19th is guaranteed a commemorative mask. After that date, we cannot guarantee that you will receive a mask. We have to place the order two weeks out, and we will order extra, but they will be handed out on a first come first serve basis.

Packet pickup will be on Friday the 2nd at Bill’s Bike and Run from 4:00-6:00 p.m.

The morning of the race will start at 8:30 at the South end of Russ Freeman Park in Idaho Falls with announcements and survivor recognition. The actual race begins at 9:00 with awards following at 10:00.

Thank you all for your support and we can’t wait to see you at the starting line!
