Registration
5K registration is $30 with a shirt and $20 without a shirt.
1 Mile is $25 with a shirt and $15 without a shirt.
Those who register after midnight on September 20th will not receive a shirt, and prices will increase by $5. Please help us and your wallet by registering early!
Those who register four or more individuals at the same time will receive 20% off of the registration price.
Race Information
The festivities begin at 8:30 a.m. at the South end of Russ Freeman Park in Idaho Falls, with announcements and survivor recognition. The actual race begins at 9:00 with awards and the raffle drawing at 10:00. You will receive a bib number for prizes, but the race will not be timed.
Packet Pickup
Packet Pickup will be held at the Teton Cancer Institute’s Radiation and Oncology Building (1550 Hoopes Ave) Friday, October 4th from 4:00-6:00 PM.
If you cannot make it to packet pickup on Friday night, packets will be available from 8:00-8:30 am. Please be at the race at least 30 minutes prior to the start time.
Course
The 5k will run three laps around the walking path at Russ Freeman Park.
The start/finish line is located at the south end of the park.
Awards
As this is a fun run, we will be doing door prizes rather than official placement awards. Prizes will be based on randomized drawing of your bib numbers, so all who participate are equally likely to win the awards. We always have lots of goodies, and almost everyone will walk away with some sort of prize!
If you would like to participate in our raffle, tickets will be sold at packet pickup and before the race starts Saturday morning. All proceeds from the raffle go directly to the Shannon Wilker Foundation. ALL RAFFLE TICKETS MUST BE PURCHASED BEFORE THE RACE STARTS AS THE WINNERS WILL BE CHOSEN DURING THE RACE.
